How long will the effects of asonor® last?

4-6 squirts per nostril each night should be enough to last all night. If you find it’s not enough for a full 8 hours sleep, try 6-7.

What are the side effects of using asonor®?

There aren’t any as asonor® is made from natural ingredients.

Can I use asonor® during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

Yes, everyone can use it.

Why do we snore?

We tend to snore when we’re not taking in enough air while we sleep. If the muscles in the back of the throat relax too much we have to breathe faster to get the right amount of air to our lungs. This pressure causes the uvula and soft palate to vibrate, resulting in a snore. It can happen to anyone at any time but alcohol and conditions such as sleep apnoea or obesity are common triggers.

Why should I do something about my snoring?

Good question. If you live alone it might not be a priority, unless you are overweight or have a heart condition such as high blood pressure. But if you have a partner, your snoring may be disturbing their sleep which could lead to lasting relationship problems (or separate beds at the very least!)

How does asonor® work?

asonor® anti sore drops work by lubricating the mucous membrane at the back of the throat, tightening up the slack muscles that reverberate when we sleep and cause snoring. Just 4-6 squirts up each nostril every night can ease the symptoms.

Will I start snoring again if I stop using asonor®?

We can’t say for sure but probably, yes.

Why doesn’t asonor® work on me?

In user tests, asonor® dramatically reduced or stopped snoring for up to 70% of couples. If it doesn’t have an effect on you, check you’re using it correctly and if it still doesn’t work, you may want to see your doctor to make sure your snoring isn’t related to a medical condition. asonor® shouldn’t be used if you have a cold or sleep apnoea.

I’ve never heard of asonor®, where is it made?

asonor® is produced in Germany at our GMP approved plants and although it’s new to the UK it’s been taming snores worldwide since the 1980s.
