Returns Policy

You can return any unwanted items within 7 working days of receiving them for a full refund of the cost of goods and delivery. The cost of return delivery is your responsibility.

Our returns system will provide you with a return authorisation number and a returns note which must be completed and returned with the goods.

We highly recommend that items are returned via a Recorded Delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post. It is your responsibility to ensure goods are adequately packaged to ensure they are not damaged during return transit.

If the item was damaged in transit please notify us within 7 days of receipt and we will contact you to arrange for an exchange. You will need to return the goods with all the packaging and a covering letter.

If a refund is appropriate we'll credit your card. Please allow up to 30 days for this credit to appear on your account.
